Shipping Policy

 

Shopify does generate shipping quotes automatically at checkout, however depending upon the number and types of items purchased, this might not reflect the most efficient or economic option. Please contact us directly before your order if you think shipping could be less and we’d be happy to provide you with a better quote.
All items shipped via UPS come with $100 insurance in case of any loss or damage, but USPS (except flat rate) does not. We prefer UPS as a carrier and strongly recommend them.
Due to the increased instance of issues with packages shipped by the USPS, any lost or damaged product will be gladly replaced under the condition that the customer 1) Files a claim directly with the carrier. 2) Provides proof of active claim status. 3) Another shipping payment must be made. 

This shipping policy applies to items that were either damaged or lost during shipping. Any items arriving defective and/or not up to our quality standards will be either replaced or refunded.
